Cookie Policy

Effective from: 14 October 2026
Last updated: 14 October 2026

Cookies are small files saved on your device when you visit a website. This page explains which cookies Seren Haus uses and how you can control them.

Necessary cookies

These are always on because the website cannot work properly without them. They do not track you for marketing.

  • wordpress_logged_in and wordpress_sec: keep you logged in to your account.
  • woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session: remember your basket and booking while you check out.
  • __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid: set by our payment provider to process card payments safely and prevent fraud.
  • sh_consent: remembers your cookie choices for one year.

Analytics and marketing cookies

These are only used if you choose to allow them.

  • sbjs_ cookies: record how you found our website (for example Google, Instagram or a direct visit), so we can see which marketing works. They last for the length of your visit, and some for up to six months.

Changing your choice

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or the round cookie button in the bottom corner of the screen. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop logging in, booking or payments from working.
