Booking & Deposits

All appointments require a booking deposit to secure your slot.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits are redeemable against your treatment total.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • Some treatments or packages may require full payment in advance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.
  • No-shows will result in the full deposit being retained and future bookings may require full prepayment.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

These policies are standard across many UK aesthetic clinics and help protect practitioner time and appointment availability.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
  • Treatment time may be reduced where possible to avoid impacting other clients.
  • Late arrivals may still be charged the full treatment fee.

Consultation & Suitability

All injectable and advanced treatments require a consultation before treatment.

Seren Haus reserves the right to refuse treatment where:

  • A treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe
  • Medical contraindications are present
  • Unrealistic expectations are identified
  • A client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Client safety will always come first.

Medical Information

Clients must provide accurate and honest medical history information before treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or previous treatments may affect results and could make treatment unsafe.

Results Disclaimer

Results vary from person to person.

While we always aim to achieve the best possible outcome, no treatment can guarantee identical or permanent results. Longevity and outcome depend on factors including lifestyle, metabolism, aftercare, and individual anatomy.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic and beauty treatments:

  • All services are non-refundable once completed.
  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
  • Packages, courses, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of treatment so we can assess and advise appropriately.

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm and safe clinic environment:

  • No children or additional guests may attend appointments unless agreed in advance.
  • Only the booked client may enter the treatment area.

Age Policy

Clients must be aged 18 or over for injectable aesthetic treatments.

Valid photo ID may be required.

Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided by Seren Haus.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may impact results and increase risk of complications.

Photography & Social Media

With consent, photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records, progress tracking, and marketing purposes.

Client images will never be shared publicly without permission.

Respect Policy

Seren Haus operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate appointments where necessary.
